Bedzz direct staff have been in the industry since 1989 and has designed bedding ranges and run companies for three of the biggest manufacturers in Australasia.
These experiences shaped his great appreciation of how to design comfort into a sleep set while overseeing both raw material quality and workmanship skill programs. This ensures our beds are comfortable both today and into the future.

By supervising the manufacture of our beds in batches in an OEM facility, we are able to achieve unparalleled control over the quality of our products while only paying for manufacturing overheads as we use them.
Raw materials are sourced from quality accredited suppliers and personal supervision of the manufacturing process ensures that these materials are fabricated to achieve the comfort levels they intended.

With mark ups of as much as 65%, middlemen retailers have a huge impact on the price paid for a mattress. Some of them also pressure manufacturers to produce beds that can be advertised at competitive prices but maintain their huge margins.

At Bedzz Direct every mattress specification is clearly displayed in the showroom because it seems logical that you should know what you are buying in a mattress.
As an example- there is a big difference in the quality including 13mm of Latex as some  manufacturers do and our 75mm Latex pads.
